How important are teachers in life of (Roma) children? – Here is a part of a story shared by one of our Roma Education Fund project tutors who stressed the importance of motivation for children while they are in school….”Success is a feeling that we should all experience, a value that every individual should strive for. However, in order to achieve it, you need responsibility, hard work and, above all, MOTIVATION. The biggest motivation for me as an individual, from my earliest age, was my positive experience with primary school teachers. I was very lucky to have that privilege to have teachers who could pass on knowledge, but they were, above all, people who knew how to motivate me and attract my attention.
