Our international partner, the Barka Foundation from Poland celebrated 30 years of its existence whereby SIEC was invited as an international NGO guest speaker. The event was visited by the local and national NGOs, municipalities, Ministry representatives and international guests from the UK, The Netherlands, Canada, Denmark, Kenya (a more detailed report of the event / lessons learned will follow in the future, with the following link). During the visit to Poland, Barka and SIEC representatives additionally visited the Krobia municipality with the aim of presenting and discussing the future Visegrad project, discussing the coming social entrepreneurship activities in Poland and North Macedonia coming in September 2019.
